Base-coat booth up-grade to extraction and Dyna-tube system and installation of 6 new FANUC EX1 gantry Robots.
This project includes many structural changes, overhead work and support platforms with large scale electrical works and paint system replacement. (Current)
Replacement of 2off 125,000m³/hr humidifiers and 3600kW burner systems including full compliance and issuing of SANS Certification.
Design manufacture and installation of vehicle rubberizing booth. (Current)
New automated paint dip plant with water base paint, this is a high production plant with through-put of approximately 24,000 components per 8hr shift.
Secondly the up-grade to old existing paint plant and conversion to water based paint. (Current)
Refurbishment and replacement of 2 large transformer spray booths.
This project included the supply of tube and lobe heat exchange units and 650kW MCC drive panel.
The installation involved the use of a 600ton crane for access to the booth penthouse 18,000mm above booth floor at a reach of 36,000mm from out perimeter of building.(completed December 2011)
Design, manufacture and install 2 off large transformer spray booths. Included in this system was civil works and full legislative compliance.
